Dog licenses are affordable, available online, and ensure that the County can contact
you if your pet becomes lost or injured. The Municipality of the County of Kings
now offers three easy ways to register your pet.
1. Online
Dog Owners who would like to
renew
or
register
their pet license can now do so online using a credit card. Payments are made
with either VISA or MASTERCARD using the PAYMENTUS secure online bill payment system.

3. By mail:
Registration forms are available at local veterinarian offices
and may be mailed to the County of Kings Municipal office with a cheque in the amount
of the registration fee. Cheques are made payable to the Municipality of the County

Once your payment has been received your pet license will be mailed out to you.
If you have not received your license within a two week period you may call

to inquiry on the status of your license.
Registration Charges

$10 for dogs spayed or neutered

$30 for dogs that are not spayed or neutered
|
|
|
$50 for kennels
|
Spayed and Neutered Registrants may be required to provide written proof from a
veterinarian or certify in writing at time of registration that the dog has been
spayed or neutered.
The registration fee shall be reduced by 50% in the year of acquisition where
the owner acquires ownership of the dog after June 30th. Please call

to provide evidence that you aquired the dog after this date.
Kennel Registration is not available online. Please contact your local office to
register a Kennel. Thank you.
